NGC, Hugues Jaquemin et., al. vs. Lead plantiff et., al.

When I am made to lose all the monies I had previously invested here with NGC, and rest assured that is where Hugues Jacquemin et., al. intended for this enterprise to be heading folks, I would likely most seriously consider taking 10x that amount of money lost and have it sent over to a courier.
I typically don't appreciate courts of justice. Historically, I've had little use for courts of justice; and yet . . .
