 New money not a chance. They need to deal with the lender Sprott as they have broken covenants. They would need to get a complete new management team and a new board. Northern Graphite Corporation officers and directors have outlived their  usefulness. That $400,000.00 the province of Quebec provided for the drilling program was probably the province of Quebec essentially paying for the LDI mining license. Mark my words, that is

Covenants have been broken and there is little time before "Sprott" has these puppets here milking dry NGC taking the company into CCAA proceedings. Why else do you expect the NGC.V share price is at $0.055. Unfrotunately, I managed to call each and
