 Harley103, I am not trying to spin anything. The fact is that it's not a regular occurrence when an insider buys company shares and a positive news release is disseminated very soon thereafter. Also, I have been a NGC.V shareholders for too long now. you suggesting otherwise, especially given all that I have stated here quite clearly, makes you look plainly silly - and I am being kind
