Northern Graphite Corp > Northern has seen sustained demand growth . . .

Northern has seen sustained demand growth . . .

Within the most recent company press release, dated October 21,2024, it had been stated that "Northern has seen sustained demand growth and near-record sales since the second half of last year, and those trends are seen continuing into 2025."

Clearly, what Northern Graphite Corporation officers and directors have failed miserably at getting anywhere remotely close to achieving is to have this company actually generate a bottom line per share profit; especially after having experienced such "
sustained demand growth and near-record sales since the second half of last year".

Hugues Jacquemin stated
"In order to ensure increased, stable production in 2025 and beyond that can keep up with rising market demand, we have decided to move forward the time frame for a maintenance and repair shutdown," said chief executive officer Hugues Jacquemin. "Lac des Iles has the potential to produce more and for longer than anticipated when we acquired the mine in 2022, and we need to prepare as we look to open a new pit and increase throughput at the mill."

The
material problem with you admitting to knowing full well at the time of purchase that you knew the LDI mine historical graphite reserve to be actually closer to being entirely depleted, would be that you, Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al., did not disclose for then existing NGC.V shareholders nor would be NGC.V equities investors and the equities investing community at large that you would be loading into Northern Graphite Corporation a specifically "materially impacting debtload" in order to purchase assets which you in particular, Hugues Jacquemin, knew to be of immenselly made to be lesser value than was being paid to Imerys SA at that time, e.g. specifically the nearer to depleted historical LDI grahite reserve and the not commercially viable Okorusu graphite processing facility, which you knew to be plagued by historical supporting infrastructure inferiority issues (see the lacking availability of requisite volume of water supply and so on.) specifically limiting the necessary expansion of mined graphite feedstock processing capacity there, something specifically needed to somehow have the Okorusu processing facility ever be operated in a profitable and therefore economically viable manner.
- You intentionally did not disclose, specifically via company press release at the time of the contemplated and proposed purchase of said assets nor at any time after the purchase in question having been consummated, this ultimately pejoratively impacting information for the benefit of and requisite consideration by then existing NGC.V equities investors nor for would be NGC.V equities investors and the equities investment community at large.
- It's been noted that the relevant regulatory authorities already admonished you, Hugues Jacquemin et al, for intentionally embellishing the actual overall amount of graphite which the company had available for exploitation at it's propose graphite mine projects.
- You lied on several ocassions during interviews which were/ are of public record and can be reference for evidence/proof of your most specific lies.
- You have failingly presided over a company which you all too conveniently allowed to have it's outstanding share equity value nearer to entirely annihilated since having been appointed as CEO.
- You, Hugues Jacquemin admitted, during yet another interview, to having Edgewater Capital Partner representatives employ that privately operated investment vehicle to "front" the purchase of NeoGraf Solutions LLC at your behest and the behest of your privately selected and serviced business associates, amongst others.

I can go on; and yet, it's clear that you, Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes, Cam Birge et al., have both individually and collectively been an undue added weight and are representative of the very albatross serving to pejoratively impact the commercial viability of this very company and ultimately the company share price.
"Sprott", the primary creditor of this company, seems to like you just the way you are, i.e. professional failures milking the lifeblood out of this company for your own gain and the gain of your business partners and privately "fronting" "intermediaries"; this at the express expense of specifically Northern Graphite Corporation "minority" equities investors and all other non-insider equities investors as well.
