If you would like to see it in writing go to MDA filed on SEDAR on November 24, 2024. Go to page 8 third paragraph under Corporate last sentence reads

"The shelf prospectus was with drawn on September 24, 2024."

So 1student you should be able to shorter some of your posts as you no longer need to continue to scare us with the shelf prospectus.

As to me, as you allege, attempting to scare anybody with the prospect of a $100 Million dollar massive and materially dilutive NGC.V equity issuance of some sort, I will say that nobody

I remember reading about the fact that it was withdrawn and being in my mid 70's took a while to remember where I read it.  Yeah you post was short enough and frankly I just wanted to take a little dig at you. I do not mind reading your lengthy posts  LOL

youknowwhat, You being more than 70 years old and forgetting where you read the fact being that NGC management cancelled that base shelf prospectus would be understandable to another 70 person. However, given that I am apparently older than Bissett Creek dirt and that even I would be able to remeber where exacly I read such a statement by management on the part of NGC, I can not excuse you not
