Nexia' CTO Ray Payette connection to the Apple Health app
As you can see in his bio on Reuters pasted below, Nexia's CTO "initiated the development of
a Mobile solution for Apple and Android devices. Note that Apple announced the new health app on January 24th, 2018 (https://www.apple.com/newsroom/2018/01/apple-announces-effortless-solution-bringing-health-records-to-iPhone/).
This would basically be a dream come true if there is a deeper connection. I'm not trying to make any wild assertions; just trying to figure out what's happening with Nexia. It does seem extremely coincidental that the share price burst out exactly at the same time as Apple's release.
