Thanks MNB. I have a couple of questions because I'm still pretty new to the insider side. 1) where would they be transferred to? 2) How can you tell from that report that its a transfer? 3) is this considered "volume" that's being traded?

Sorry late reply SoapDish, those insider reports are sometimes difficult to translate.  1. No, disclosure as to who the shares were transferred too 2. You can tell it is a transfer because as stated there is no 'PRICE" in that column, so he did not sell them 3. No, it is not considered volume traded as it will be simply, a change of names. Could be a son or daughter or the cleaning

Thanks MNB. So follow up question: 3) you mentioned that it's a method to avoid capital gains because it's transferred into someone else's name. You don't get taxed capital gains unless you cash out and realize the gains, no?

SoapDish, I have no crystal ball as to why he transferred the shares, I just know that the shares were transferred, wether that be for tax purposes we shall never know!! I speculated with financial insight................ if you were an insider and a catalyst discovery moved the sp UP considerably, would you not want to cash in on some capital to pay for the booze at the NGZ PARTY? lol hope I get
