.25 pp and an insider dumping shares between .16 and .10

Could be bad blood in the company and Jose selling at these cheap price but unlikely

Only 2 people bought into the pp as you can see from todays news - probably shares for debt and no cash was actually put into it - gives the impression that someone paid .25 a share when they didn't - cheque swap they call it - not looking good - be careful here

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Sept. 14, 2018.

 

Number of shares:  two million shares

Purchase price:  25 cents per share

Warrants:  two million share purchase warrants to purchase two million shares

Warrant initial exercise price:  40 cents

Warrant term to expiry:  two years

Number of placees:  two placees

 

Note that in certain circumstances the exchange may later extend the expiry date of the warrants, if they are less than the maximum permitted term.

Agreed looks like a real bloodbath or ......  in reality & truly the lithium sector has been oversold and seems it has hit NRG Metals too, ..... are these buying opportunities at these lower prices ... is this the bottom ..... ???? ..... I also bought Noram Ventures NRM.V which was oversold  too ..... and their property is 1 mile from Albemarle’s production facilities in Nevada
