Management

While in the relatively short time I have been invested in the company been impressed with the moves management team has made one thing is a little concerning to myself. A great gold property, with gold expected to be poured by the end of October (even if it is November I'm still impressed) a market cap price of the company lower than what the purchase price of the two gold properties were and a boat load of potential.

Why aren't we seeing any insider buying? Last insider buying on the open market was Brian McGrath with 2 purchases in June totally $7500.

Is there some sort of rule about insider buying for a certain time that I don't know about. I know recently  I learned that an insider can't buy more shares after the stock has traded at a certain level on a moving average if we see prices increase. Eric Sprott mentioned that in one of his podcasts.

Maybe they are tapped out from carrying the company so long. Looking at the last financials, they are owed a lot of money. My concern is that they still have not completed the purchase of the Brazilian sub yet unless I am missing something. Last update was waiting for regulatory approval. How is the $.1 financing going and when is the next payment due for Livramento? Some thoughts on share price ...more
