Great deal for shareholders

This is an amazing deal for us VQA shareholders.  Now we have real exposure to a big Brazilian producer that is probably going to trade at $2+ / share when it lists in Q3.  That is worth 18 cents a share for us VQA shareholders before we even think of the value of Swift Katie and Los Reyes copper.  I am a proud shareholder of VQA, Pilar and Faina and Larry The Silver Fox Page has just engineered a big stake in the next Equinox!   Three cheers Mr Page.

The way I see it Goldenhope is that Larry took an $825,000 investment and turned it into 2.4 million dollars. 8 million shares at $0.075 plus the $225,000 in fees owed to PMM for $2.4 million worth of shares in Pilar. So far this is looking very good as far as a returns. Grade A+ on investment. Now here is the tricky part, in order to advance Los Reyes and Swift Katie where does the money come

mferguson, all good points you raise. The reason for my investing (cash flow from low cost production to fund growth) in the first place is gone, so I am out today from this stock, never to return. I suggest you take a look at sonora gold (SGO.V) as a replacement. They plan to be in production at rate of 50,000 oz/yr within 12 months.

How do you get $825,000? VQA loaned $2.1 million in cash nevermind the fees and value of the shares? I either see a PP at $0.05 or the Pilar shares being sold for working capital once the listing is complete.They have a US$232,000 option payment coming due on Los Reyes this summer and $1 million in debt.

1) How do you know that the K92 guys are involved in this? (I can’t find anything on this) 2) How do you know that Pilar Gold turned down Eric Sprott’s money? 3) What is your proposed best play?…Wait for Pilar Gold to go public? Buy Valterra now?

Crenshaw all good questions if you have money ( significant resources) and want more I suggest you pick up the phone and call the guys at Pilar and ask them if you can be involved  buying on market when listed is fine  but if you might be able to be involved earlier if you are a soph cheers

Maybe scan artists or just bad investors/gamblers. One thing is for sure that Goldenhope knows sh!t and I know first hand because he touted another bad deal for shareholders with the O3 mining/Osisko when Eric Sprott got involved and ousted the CEO of Alexandria Minerals and sold it to them for a song. O3 mining was being touted by Osisko as a valuation of $3.88 which was overly stated by Osisko
