Received this update from Pilar Gold that VQA has a fairly large holding in. They're doing a private placement and showing how they plan to reach 125 k oz per year from current 45k oz over the next couple of years. This broker report from GOLDINVEST.de clarifies it pretty well:

Another update I received today from Pilar Gold in Brazil with some very high grade drill results at their Sertao mine (incl. 1 meter at 247 g/t) which they plan to start up next year and process through their 4500 tonnes per day Pilar mill. With the current raise at US$1 a share that would make Valterra's Pilar shareholding alone worth almost three times its current market cap. Average

Thanks grillit ad you keep an eye on it on the public record vqa are major holders of Pilar gold  in the the last year or so since you became  infatuated with the golden rod in my trousers pilar have acquired the pilar mine from equinox aquired faina gold ( hosting the famous sertao mine) aquired laiva second largest gold mine in europe currently negotiating to buy CDS off
