PP announcement of 5 cents................
when the stock is trading at 2 cents is laughable at best. They are hoping the recent announcement will play a huge part in attracting investors. Lets see if they can close it, I think it will be a very difficult sell to investors.

They should have rolled it back first before doing a PP, quite the dilution. 5 cent flow through, after tax 2.5-3 cents, still a tough sell. sold my position out at 2.5, I'll check this one out in the new year...

what the hell is going on here Larry has lost his marbles massive dilution and for what? its an ill thought out strategy their shares in Pilar and Laiva are woth 4 times the MC alone and Nickel !!! just plain stupid is this the best you can do?
