Whit 70 million shares outstanding how does this company keep trading day after days so many shares where are the shares coming from

At some point you would think the volume would relax but let them trade away. I want to be in this play because I like the drill results. I herd an interview with the ceo who was asked about the potenial size of the Wine Property and He said something like with those grades near surface you don't need 20 million tons.
