A company cannot state whether funding will be dilutive or non-dilutive ahead of the announcement of the funding. That would be unlawful as it would be contradictory to public trading laws.

It comes from Evolution Mining, 20% of the NILI pie for +/- $200 million of which $ 30 million is used for drilling in 2025 + FS. Good Luck,
