GRAHAM HARRIS Interviews (FACTS)
For the benefit of everyone here are the FACTS as outlined by Graham Harris:
(a) EV market is growing 25% per year currently, year over year
(b) Any mention of slowdown is EV is on growth level only from 50% to 25%
(c) USA market needs in 2024 the amount of 400,000 tons of LCE
(d) Current production of LCE in USA is 5,000 tons of LCE per year
(e) Next year 2025, 700,000 tons of LCE is needed in USA.
(f) By 2035, 4,000,000 tons of LCE will be needed in USA
(g) NILI will be able to provide 50,000 tons of LCE per year.
(h) Huge deficit will re-occur there are not enough producers and
you need alot of suppliers of 50,000 tons LCE like NILI
(i) Current low prices are killing suppliers which will make deficit that
much bigger as you need YEARS and YEARS before you can produce
(j) Practically no one qualifies for the $ 7,500 subsidy in the USA as
all materials have to be made in USA.
(k) Would like market to be more stable but beyond his control, we will
boom again from bust as deficit enlarges.
(l) End of September 2024 Revised MRE report with significant increase
(m) November 2024 - Approval of Plan of Operations
(n) PEA in December 2024 which should show some great numbers
(o) In 2025, drilling 250 holes, to bring inferred to indicated.
(p) With 18 months of November 2024, they will have bankability study
(PFS).
(q) At that point, he would not comment further as it is a decision either
to mine it or,......BUYOUT.
It is an aggressive TIMELINE.
He was not concerned with financing for the 250 holes as he was confident it is going to happen.
I am speculating that they have a verbal agreement in place with Evolution Mining (billion $$$ company). He kind of slipped up and said he only had so much control, afterall it is a public company. I was surprised to hear that MI3 was doing the engineering work for the PEA.
It does appear to be a total solid teamwork, which will lead to success.
With regards to rumours of American Lithium, they did not buy their position at 40 cents to throw away their shares at 30 cents, when they could have sold at $ 1.50 per share. They will sit on their shares until their is a BUYOUT.
Good Luck,

But American Lithium could have but didn't sell at$1.50 share and no they won't hold the shares at any price if they run out of cash, which could be very soon. That's why I'm wondering how that will affect share price when 13 million shares need to be unloaded.

If American Lithium does need to sell it will be done through a cross with another firm like Evolution Mining. The shares would not be sold on the market and hence have no effect.
