US $100 Billion BUY ORDER: Lithium & other critical minerals

The USA will put a $ 100 Billion BUY ORDER for lithium and other critical minerals.

This buy order is only to stockpile reserves in case of emergency.

It means that this order will create HUGE ORDER IMBALANCE to the buy side for lithium.   With pending recovery in lithium and this huge buy order, NILI finds itself in the drivers seat.
