Rio to BUY ARCADIUM ( $ 4 billion to $ 6 billion)....

RIO willing to spend up to $ 6 billion or, DOUBLE the $ 3 billion market cap price of Arcadium.

Those who think lithium are dead, have 6 BILLION reasons against them.

This bodes well for NILI who should easily get $ 1.5 billion.
