A Tough Question regarding the Past for Anthony Milewski

@Anthony Milewski Thanks for taking the time to be here....Please take the time to answer this question. It will be good for the company and everyone on here as well. It appears in the past that you have done things that work against the best interests of shareholders. I would like you to address this and ideally put it to bed.....Would like your thoughts Regarding Giga as related to Conic/Nickel 28! The incident where you opportunistically sold 3 million GIGA shares was essentially a dump of shares that hurt investors. This incident could be interpreted as something that tarnishes you as Management. Why should investors have confidence in Conic/Nickel 28 and be certain that you are not pulling another fast one as the incidents at Cobalt27/Giga have been interpreted?

Thank you for your question.  My personal view is that some of the negativity around Cobalt 27 was not warranted.  Keep in mind that at the time of the transaction cobalt metal had been on a continuous price decline for a year.  Pala went in to the open market and bought 19.9% of the outstanding shares, making it the largest shareholder by a wide margin and giving it significant ...more

Agreed with Cobalt 27! Could you touch on the GIGA transaction more? Thanks. Abraham

I don't understand. Let's imagine, that you have many shares in a company. This company see the price increased crazily due to a news. The director of the company say:"There is nothing which justify this increase." What will be your reaction? 1) Oh, I understand, I don't want that the small shareholders are penalized because they miss speculated. I will keep my share until ...more

Hey Talchior, I am not sure how educated you are regarding governance, here is a little bit of info on the situation:. 1) Directors in companies have a fiduciary duty towards their share holders. 2) Barring a reasonable explanation this looks very bad, people have been investigated for less 3) I own shares in Conic, if you go to page 1/2 on this thread you will see extensive research when the ...more

So as a director I would always pick Option 1 As a shareholder I would have the freedom to pick Option 2 & it would certainly make sense to do so

Look at Nova Royalty and you see, what will happen here as well.

IMO, Conic/Nickel 28 is a $2-$3 maybe even $5 stock at the moment. The question is specific to Management. Based on my discussions in the industry, Management is one the major reasons that educated investors are shy of the stock. It's a fair argument based on the appearance of transactions that have been made in the past by management. Goal is have these things addressed and move on!
