Here are the main points. According to this, Nickel 28 has probably not yet repurchased any shares. In particular, no shares may be purchased if Nickel 28 has material information that has not yet been communicated. Nickel 28 is considered an insider when buying back shares. Purchases made in the previous month must be reported by the 10th day of the month. Also, buybacks are limited to 25% of the average daily volume.

thx for this interesting information. If this is correct, then the buyback news sounds less interesting for the shareholders. A small calculation. Average volume is around 100.000 shares/day. So they can only buy 25.000 shares a day. According to your information they did not do any buyback. If they start at the first of Novembre and the buyback ends on July, 1 (according to their NR of June 30 ...more
