I agree. By then the construction loan should be close to paid off, cash flow triples once no loan to pay and the ownership percent raised from about 8% to 13%. $2.00 SP probably conservative. Higher if more investors discover this gem.

when the nickel price stays at these levels, the construction loan will be paid of at the end of 2023. Cashflow will then rise to almost $75million a year. That is a lot off cash for +-87million shares (almost $1 cash/share).

it will be very high level for few years till the end of tax exception.
