thx !!!! It s good to see that there will be, again, a large debt repayment. The goal the management made to be debt free at the end of next year is more and more likely.

so when the debt is gone The figures would be : Q3 : 11,8% of 171m$ = $20,18m cashflow And for YTD (q1/q2/q3) : 11,8 % of 452m$ = $53,33m Cashflow. So the estimation made by the management to receive $64m CF a year, once the debt is gone, is correct. That s around $0.70/ share !!! ($64m versus 91m shares) So 1 year remaining.......

Hopefully they will do a mix of continued investments and solid dividends. Once the ball start rolling with, hopefully Turnagain, Dumont and possibly others, people should look at NKL as a solid little company providing value for shareholders. How much dividends? IMO, 10% of the value of the stock the first year.
