Let's do the CF bill for Q3 2022.

The following parameters:

- 13.676kt Ni sold
- Cash cost $4.34/lb
- Realized price: 10.01$/lb
- Net: $5.67/lb

Invoice CF: 5.67 x 2205 x 13.676kt = 171m$ cash flow for Ramu Mine.

Share of Nickel 28 at 8.56%: 14.64m USD (only for the 3rd quarter of 2022!). Current MK about 50m USD.

For YTD (9 months): Nickel 28 share 8.56% equivalent to USD 38.7m. $13.5m FCF and $25.2m Repayment Capex Debt. MK still 50m USD.

(Formula: $11.64 minus $2.96) x 2205 x 23.6kt = $452m, of which 8.56%)

you are always so fast! Thanks for the figures. Yes, they start to sell the stock. Good news. A pity was not done at 20$ ;). I guess will be a positive signal for the market.

thx Urai58. But what is 2205 in your calculation?
Comment by Talchior on Oct 25, 2022 10:04am
it's the conversion from ton to pound.

thx !!!! It s good to see that there will be, again, a large debt repayment. The goal the management made to be debt free at the end of next year is more and more likely.

so when the debt is gone The figures would be : Q3 : 11,8% of 171m$ = $20,18m cashflow And for YTD (q1/q2/q3) : 11,8 % of 452m$ = $53,33m Cashflow. So the estimation made by the management to receive $64m CF a year, once the debt is gone, is correct. That s around $0.70/ share !!! ($64m versus 91m shares) So 1 year remaining.......

and only for Ramu. Other projects are ongoing.

the question is then: what will the management do, every year, with all that cash???

Hopefully they will do a mix of continued investments and solid dividends. Once the ball start rolling with, hopefully Turnagain, Dumont and possibly others, people should look at NKL as a solid little company providing value for shareholders. How much dividends? IMO, 10% of the value of the stock the first year.
