Hey management! What is going on here?

I personally find the management strategy of trying to exclude Pelham's vote absolutely unacceptable. You are now trying to exclude one of your major shareholder, why? What will be the content of the next AGM? Shouldn't management try to work with Pelham as opposed to create more infighting? I look forward to more comments in the days to come in order to better understand the situation.

Pelham can vote with the shares own before. They had already more than 6 millions of shares.  The management explains the reason why they don't want that the deal is done a little bit more than 30% was reached. I don't think it's a success.

Basically 1 share = 1 vote. With the date of April 24th, Pelham looses roughly 4 million votes. It will be interesting to read the proxy for the AGM.
