New corporate office?

In the news today which did not tell us anything about NKL itself, I noticed a new address for the corporation now located in Burlington on Fairview avenue.
For those interested, Fairview ave. in Burlington vs Bay Street in Toronto, is night vs day. Bay Street is the most expensive street for office tenants in Canada at around $78 per sf compared to $15-$35 per sf in Burlington, Ontario, located about 40 minutes from Bay Street.
is this the sign of a shake up we were all waiting for? Now we need the financial results for 2023 and outlook for 2024 along with the strategic approach.

Carbon Streaming as a Corp is worth currently around $30M CAD. They had to cut operating costs in 2023 to the tune of roughly $5M/year annualized, and one of the measures was to move from Bay ...more
