Need that EPA
One would think Northland would at least have a tentative EPA in hand. If not, what's the point going through all the motions? The Haida could approve the project, but without anyone to buy the electricity, well..... BC Hydro may have idea of importing cheaper US electricity?

But on the other hand, why even persue the project, if the chances of an EPA were slim. I'm guessing the project will be able to deliver competitive electricial rates, as costs have come down bigtime over the past decade. So I hang on.
