Bill 17 with its proposed changes to the Clean Energy Act. Not clear how this would impact the proposed windfarm. What is the current status of this Bill? The Haida and Northland can agree on things, but BC Hydro has to buy the electricity. And will it be viewed as fair, when in the background, other IPP's could be potentially closed down? It gets complicated. There were issues of cost to BC ...more
