Global Business Village

Canada is a part of the world's global business village.

I see the trend continuing with foreign capital coming into Canada. LNG Canada Phase Two. Good probability. Asia requires huge LNG amounts.

China (CNOOG Gas & Power) buying LNG from US Venture Global. The plant is not even built yet. And will have carbon capture technology included.

Montney Shale Gas exploration companies from around the world like Shell, Sinopec, Murphy Oil, etc. These will supply the LNG.

As for windfarms, Oceanic Wind says its encouraged by a strong supply chain from Asia which will reduce the costs of offshore in BC. Supply of major windfarm components from Asia. (MD&A Sept 30, 2021)

Is this the way of the windfarm proposal? Low cost, high quality, competitive with domestic rates. 16MW typhoon class turbines competing with GE, Siemens and Vestas turbines.

Canada is part of the global business village, but there are also opportunities for domestic ownership. Financing from Canadian sources is encouraged. The money is there, I hope the initiative is there also.
