No news, is good news.
But without news, the stock takes a nap.
Scotia was a buyer for some time. If it's the same buyer, a few million shares have been purchased over a few years.
In their recent MD&A, the Oceanic repeats that the project could supply electrical needs of the NW region of BC. But also mentioned are export possibilities to Alberta and Western US.
I think there is consensus about the project moving forward, but it all takes time, consultation and planning. While the windfarm is in Haida traditional territory, the Metlakalta and Lax Kw'alaams First Nations were also involved in the past. (2008). (Transmission line routing).
