Scotia's buying
From another site regarding Scotia;'s buying,observation by somebody--Scotia is net a million shares plus in last six months. This isn't a flipper stock most days are zero volume and wide bid asks. Dec 22,2020.
Noticed Scotia already buying Sept 18, 2020 where a bid of 200K at 15 cents was entered.
I don't have the stats on theis buyer but guessing 2-3 million accumulated ever since Oceanic closed the sale of development rights to Northland. Sept 2, 2020.

I mentioned Scotia was a big buyer over past two years, but TD was/is a big seller. So who knows. But these are penny amounts. $9000-$12000 for 100K shares. Peanuts. So I don't read much into these trades. Good scrimage today. Both Scotia and TD involved.
