Then there are those who don't want wind farms in Hecate Strait. Ecologically sensitive, prestine view of strait gone, etc.
Others don't want LNG for mutiple reasons.
No geo thermal also because ftracking required to open up water underground. And not commercially possible at the moment in any event.
Commercial applications for solar are a no-go.
Even bio-mass is not as clean as made out to be.
Some don't want new dams nor natural gas powered generating facilities.
No nuclear, modular or otherwise.
What's left but to import electricity? or to build floating windfarms way out in the Pacific.
