Does the appointment of a new director imply that things are progressing? I think they need to do a financing to maintain normal business operations.
I did not call the company about the Hecate Strait project. I assume it's still being considered. A lot of things have to line up, including the Haida's approval and an EPA.

RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Oceanic Wind Energy Inc. held its annual general meeting in Vancouver, B.C., on Oct. 25, 2022.
With over 37 million shares of the company voted, the results of items put before the company's shareholders include:
- Election of board of directors: setting the number of directors at six with Philip Hughes, Joseph Houssian, Michael O'Connor, Peter Pastewka, David Rehn and Arthur Willms elected to the board of directors;
- Reappointment of auditor: KPMG LLP, chartered professional accountants, reappointed as auditor of the company;
- New stock option plan: Disinterested shareholders approved the company's new stock option plan.
