I forgot to ask Mike how offshore can be cost competitive with onshore wind.
Also there are a few none quantitative factors involved such as producing electricity during the Fall and Winter months which could be given credit for.
A world class developer joining news, would be welcome. Will see.
If have to wait for the next power call, it's time to set the wheels in motion. Could assume then, that a project has a chance of being competitive. A developer would know the costs, timeline and what is required.
Don't know if the Federal Gov't has detailed the tax breaks for developing renewable energy.
