Relying on one day is risky, but a dragonfly doji just happened today on decent volume. Good range to 2 cents and closed at 5. Albeit one seller was mainly responsible for the action.

Now require a confimation candlestick tomorrow on decent volume. But without detailed info on the deal, no one can even make a guess.

Does Elemental Energy see something others don't? Maybe a loophole for energy distribution in the province.
