08:29 AM EST, 12/13/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Nova Leap Healthcare (NLH.V) on Monday announced that it has completed the strategic acquisition of a home care business with operations in Kentucky and Indiana. The execution of the definitive agreement and related information pertaining to this acquisition was previously announced on Nov 11, 2021.
