NOB.v - CNC.v deal...
Why has this deal not yet closed? Anyone have any idea what's taking so long?

BINGO! thats the reason i bailed. missed milestones and looks apparent what happens once the deal closes. Nob price tanks and CNC has a hold on trading the freebies. no thanks.... was into for a long time, but the length of wait raised MAJOR flags

The delay is very odd IMO and no explanation why it is taking so long. Similar situation w/ SHL.v wo received 10M CNC.v shares... only problem is they receive them over a 2-3 year period and look at SHL.v share price - very similar to NOB.v. Why agree to this? If CNC.v wanted the property than do a deal and be done with it.

Mark Selby was just on a shareholder presentation and stated that the deal with Noble is a done deal and they are just waiting on the exchange to get the paperwork completed but it will happen shortly.

Vance recently exercising warrants (and not selling any shares to finance it) is a good sign. Hopefully the dividend will get done soon.
