Wake this board up- Opinions/Thougt on NOCR

I have been watching and researching on this stock for the last 3 months and like what I am seeing so far, I think this is a sleeper waiting to be discovered by the rest of the market. 

Any thoughs/opinions on company next move around raising funds for either a airborn survey or more resource defining drilling at Gumsberg
