Lac raised money at 14-15 dollars a share.What does this mean.Well if invested 100 million dollars i would want to see at least a double and more like a quadroupling of my money in 3 years.So Lac share price will be more like 50-60 dollars pershare in three years.

Now NOU has just brought a M/A lawyer onboard and a world class accountant.They did not arrive to party they are here to grow the company by any which way.Also to raise hundreds of millions of dollars.The banks are starting to lend money to the green sector at cheap interest rates.I believe there will be little dilution and great deals done shortly.

I think you undervalued this company greatly.I,ll stick with 20-21 dollars a share in mid term long term 30-35 dollars depending how many deals are done to grow the company even more.

Explain why you see the stock@ 20$ ?  with 500M shares = 10B  I think 20$ it's possible if the company buy other graphite deposit, produce more anode material, build  a second anode plant in EU etc. and the dilution needs too be very low.  But every company who's gonna deal with Tesla or large OEM will see is value climb like the  Falcon 9 rocket.
