Which one will it be?

Permit is on its way, but my question here today : which auto constructor will partner with NOU for the battery plant? 

1- Volskwagen
2- Tesla
3- any other

I had a feeling it would be Volskwagen because of the partnership in Europe, but I heard otherwise recently. Let me know your thoughts

Their headoffice is in Longueuil, but office around the world. The first EVLO will go to France. Maybe Hydro-Quebec is renting their plant to produce them?
