NOU is paying back the interest in shares on the convertible bond. The payment was due today. Check July 15 press release  Pallinghurst isn't considering the price above 1$, this is only because the today SP close at 1,04$  If they convert everything (warrants and convertible bond ) the will own 49,12% of the business  And today they add 766K shares..... Thank you for the precision.   It's not that bad +/- 750,000 shares out of +/- 450,000,000 shares.   Next week will be a big week for NOU. We will be in 2021 so the big news is coming.   It would be really good for NOU to maintain a price above $ 1 to give investors confidence with several news in a row several times a week at the start of next week.
