Good read , but not convinced at all . In the best of world, mid decade production if they solve all issues. It's like the rainbow and the pot of gold. We all know there's a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but no one ever found it .  NOU will get going, improve & diversified the products offering backed by Hydro Qc and the public funding .
