Importing flake graphite from Africa; Don't forget that Pallinghurst looked at every graphite deposit on earth, so they know witch one is the best for NOU.

Large institutional founds want to see NOU on a bigger stock exchange.

Customer wants second transformation modular plant close to their facilities. On the west coast = Tesla 

As soon as they deliver tons of anode material to their customers be sure the SP will rise alot because investors will know that the big supply agreement is right across the street.

I have the same thoughs like you, about the acquisition.  100.000 tons of graphite is a lot, but they have to expand this amount drastically.  It costs years to do all the study's before being able to mine, if Nouveau monde graphite is going to wait with acquisitions, then they are making an mistake.  If they are going to build an plant in the West-coast, then it is Tesla for
