Yep, it's the usual negociation process.  But, for sure, once the deal between the first nations and NOU is set, there will be no more cheap stocks left. We may see another chance to reload at crazy low price this week! Bad press at this point in the projet = incresing your marging!

Agreed , they will get something for all to like...that's a gimmie. and let's face it , RDI loves this kind of stuff and always add a bad spin to this. Not the most business oriented news outfit. i remember years ago when Questerre was public enemy  no1 ....
