Received in the mail ( not a tree hugger but alot of paper) Anyhow voted "NO" on the consolidation...Company needs to mature a little more gradually...maybe an uplist to the TSX first.

Well, I do agree with the Paper issue.  I would be happy with emails instead of the snail mail. Anyway, I'll voteYES! I want that Foreing Exchange IPO as soon as possible.  To gain more exposure on the US Market.

I would be for it too..... only if they included a clause that would allow shareholders priority on any future offerings.... my experience is that once the share number are down they come up with bought deals that are sometimes  in the 25% lower than the share price and we shareholders are unable to participate on those deals... a few companies give option of priority to shareholders to ...more

that pretty well describe want i mean.... tks for the definition.... to your knowledge did  the last few  offers included a shareholders rights offering... it seems to me that it was a bought deal and a public offers that was done trough 8capital and a few other brokers
