NOU took a bet with the reverse split

Hello everyone,

NOU management took a bet here by reversing the stock 10:1.

- They bet to attract Portfolio managers / hedge funds and increase the demand for the stock and hence increase the share price for future financings.
- They had good experience with BMO with the bought deal done. They were probably convinced to attract new investors.

I certainly hope that management did not hear the siren voice of investment bankers telling them tales. I hope that they received firm commitment from Institutionnal investors, and also hoping that those moves wil not be detrimental for small shareholders.

Doesn't matter...that's all a gimmick to dupe stupid people.  What does matter is "synthetic graphite" "silicone anodes" "solid state" that uses no graphite at all.....by the time these hucksters get a plant built it will be obsolete. Move on..this is nothing but risk

Synthetic graphite: when the crude production going down, where you have the coke to make synthetic graphite? Silicon anode: The expansion of graphite anode is 17% and it can cycle 1,500 times, the silicon anode expansion is 380%, even mixed with 90+% of graphite using by Panasonic, the guaranteed cycles is 500, you can neither replace graphite nor use as anode for many type of cells Solid battery ...more

VW stated clearly at their battery day that all 6 planned giga factories would use "synthetic" graphite.  There are several companies now that claim they've solved the expansion problem with silicon....I don't see a future here...worse is by the time they blow hundreds of millions on a mine and plant the technology will have advanced even further....There's no point ...more

Le graphite synthetique edt plus cher que le graphite naturel. Si l' offre pour le graphite naturel se met en place, WV ira vers ie moins cher peu importe ce qu' il die actuellement. Nou + Llg + Gem, ca en fait du graphite
