Does The Pallinghurst Group make

Any money for their share Holders ever ?

Been waiting alongtime for this one but year after year it is a disappointment.

i wish i had never invetsed in this and Nemaska LIT. which is also controlled by Pallinghurst.

i will keep what I have but at this point I don't have any hope.

I share the same feelings for Pallinghurst and Arne ..but they actually sold their position in Nemaska..which is probably why Nemaska moved ahead in Becancour.

I expect that following the exit of Nemaska Litium from bankrupcy proceedings, Pallinghurst Group sold it's equity ownership position in Nemaska Lithium Inc. (a resulting equity position which was held by way of Quebec Lithium Partners, "QLP") to Livent stakeholders; doing so in return for 17,500,000 common shares of Livent common stock having been issued by Livent to ...more

FYI, Nemaska Lithium CCAA is still underway, I believe PwC Monitor Christian Bourque will be discharged in the very near future. The shareholder/creditor who held the NSR lost his Superior and Appeal Court challenges.

Nemaska Lithium 2.0 is owned by IQ and Livent. Pallinghurst sold their stake in Nemaska 2.0 to Livent for some 17,500,000 LTHM shares.
