Selling into the financing doesn't make

much sence anymore, not at these levels anyway. Trading out of free trading paper to convert into stock with a 4 month hold and a half warrant isn't enough leverage for me, even on the flow through. Little if any leverage left on the units now either.  There is also a risk of a great news release driving the stock higher and the Co. deciding to pull the offer or re price it which would leave the sellers without stock and no PP to buy into to replace it with. Granted it doesn't happen very often but it can and did just recently although the name of the Co. escapes me right now. !!! I'll post the name if it comes to me !

  with respect, because hottubjohnny appreciates aweigh's posts and insights, but please consider the following...   -  large shareholders selling a percentage of their position into the financing makes perfect sense.  a shareholder with 500k shares who trades 200k shares for 200k units gets a bonus 100k warrants etc.  four month hold is irrelevant with majority ...more
