I have been for the past week trying to determine what has actually happened with the momentum of this deal.

 

NQ was upticking on the offer and then halted, the big news was price setting a PP that appeared to be presold, now the story from the street is that it has not ben presold.

 

why was it moving the way it was before the halt? then how did the pp announcement slam the brakes on the momentum? over $5million of paper was sold on the 2 announcement runs

Just read hottubjohnnys last few posts, it's all in there !  I still think they could change the terms if we pull a couple of screamers in the next few days. This is not a bought deal so price protection isn't warranted in my view. We may have hit our lows !!!!!
