goldquest didn't release holes as they were assayed but told them to send a batch then released the batch

My response was to a very specific statement made by Superman wherein he said: " it can't be until after Oct. 18. PP has to close before NR." I don't believe there is anything in the regulations that says a co. can't release material information while a PP is being funded or that it has to close a PP prior to a release.  Full, true and plain disclosure is an ...more
