Wayne Beach was a +10% holder of NQ, he ceased to be an insider as of Oct 25th when he sold all his shares along with most of the other 10%+ holders over the last month or so. I guess they made their money and moved on.   As far as I can find, Waybe Beach is a long time Mining promoter.   Schor

I tried to reseach Wayne Beach two years ago, because he bought lots of stock, there was a vague connection to a WB that was living in Saudia Arabia, so my thought was he maybe was a worker over there, doctor or engineer, and had lots of money and was friends with North and that was it. I had not realized he had sold all, and ceased to be an insider as of 23 Oct 2012, but he had over two million

because Beach ceased to be an insider as of Oct. 25th does not mean he "sold all his shares along with most of the other 10% holders", and it does not mean that they have "moved on".  this appears, at least to htj, to be a simple matter of an insider with millions of shares, selling a small percentage of his position... something that happens all the time and for any
