Not much out there on this company as it's private. Found this which states 200k USD revenue for 2020 and 1 employee (the founder Bruce) who will stay at on as a consultant. So, low overhead I'd assume?
I don't really think the current revenue of OMS is as important as how much value this software will bring to the current product offering. Just like the RS2D, they needed better electronics so they found a company that offered it and integrated into their offering, quite successfully.
With this software it sounds like it is something they can go back to their current pipeline of clients and offer it as a value add on to past and future sales. As well as utilizing the new clients that are working with OMS.
The lack of clarity around One Moon's financial position and revenue/profitability in the press release, probably is the reason the market isn't overly excited about this acquisition. But this will pay off in more ways than one, as long as it integrates well.
