If it was something the company knew about and in total control of we would have seen a News Release before the open this morning.      i.e. – appointing a new director
 
I suspect it is something the company has been working on but involves outside parties that had decision(s) to make, the decision was made today and NSP was notified of the decision during trading hours today.

It was considered significant enough by NSP that they requested the halt during trading hours. i.e. – final written approval from HC for CT start; P.O. or commitment from Food Service/Retail client re: Natera Plant Based foods

His personal attitude towards the pandemic has cost people their lives. Mocking people for wearing masks?
